Tonight we had dinner at Toscana again. Alessio the Maitre 'D gave us a great table in the back of the ship with the greatest view. We opened up a new bottle of Chianti. Not sure of the names of our appetizers but Jim had eggplant and Pat had artichoke soufflé and we decided we each liked the other one better so we switched. Jim had veal and mashed potatoes for his entree and Pat had volcano angel hair pasta her favorite.
