We had a rather unusual tasting menu for dinner last night at the Michelin 3 Star restaurant, Le Cinq, at the hotel. Along with the menu items they started us off with fried calamari that was like a tempura. Then they gave a tray of 3 different hors d'oeuvres then finally the menu started. Then there was pre dessert they gave us with some shaved ice that was green and had a fruit flavor along with some ice-cream. There were so many courses we were uncomfortably stuffed. We rated the food as an 8, setting a 10, service a 10, and wine a 10. It was a memorable evening and took us 3 hours to eat.
