Dinner with the Captain

We received an invitation to have dinner with Captain Jurica Brajcic along with the Co Captain from Norway & Chief Engineer from France. There was a couple from Chili a PHD in Economics from Duke University with 11 grandchildren, a couple from Pennsylvania who were retired high school teachers, the Captain's younger brother, who was a Doctor & his wife from Dubrovnik and us. Jim had caviar, caesar salad, main lobster and vanilla ice cream. Pat had Maui onion cream soup, spinach salad & fish with vegetable couscous & lemon chiffon for dessert. Jim asked a lot of questions and stimulated a lot of conversation. Pat sat next to the Captain and learned his hobby is to collect wine from every country and only cares about the label not price or taste. It was a fun night.
