Our last dinner was at the speciality Italian restaurant, Toscana, where we had an ocean view table and had a wonderful dinner. They have a great assorted bread basket and they bring speciality oils and vinegars to the table. Jim had beef carpaccio to start and for his entree he had a three pasta sampler . Pat had a spinach salad and for her entree she had Volcano angel hair pasta with mozzarella cheese. For dessert we shared a chocolate lasagna and Jim had no sugar ice-cream with a cinnamon flavor. They also brought a try of assorted biscotti. Jim had a glass of Pinot Gricio and Pat had a glass of Chianti to toast the cruise.
